Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and tests on electrical/mechanical components, equipment and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, protocols and documentation for electrical/mechanical engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the project cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address non-conformances and deviations.
- Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and manufacturing processes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding QA/QC requirements and best practices.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices related to electrical/mechanical engineering and quality assurance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Experience with inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
