• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality
• Support supplier quality activities, including sample evaluation and rejection handling.
• Investigate customer complaints and product quality issue.
• Liaise with local/overseas suppliers regarding product quality issues, investigation findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality documentation.
• Review and approve supplier materials (COA/COC)
• Establish incoming inspection method
• Monitor and ensure all QC sections achieve monthly KPIs, and report performance, gaps, and improvement actions to management.
• Involve internal and external audits, including customer and supplier audits, and coordinate closure of audit findings
• Assist in maintaining, reviewing, and updating quality system documentation and records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish guidelines and procedures
• Supervise and guide team members to achieve organizational objectives
• Perform any other task and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior in line with departmental objectives
• Liaise with supplier
• Established incoming checking method SOP

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA), preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in medical device industry or ISO 13485 will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit handling, CAPA, and quality tools.
• Experience in laboratory operations, Quality Control, or Quality Management.
• Experience in handling internal or external audits.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and quality issues.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
