Responsibilities

About Us

We are an established Property Development and Construction Company involved in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Site Clerk / Site Administrator to support project coordination, documentation management, and site administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, correspondence, records, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, progress updates, and other administrative documents.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records for site staff, workers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate administrative matters between site office, head office, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Assist project team in procurement administration, purchase records, delivery orders, invoices, material tracking, and document control.
  • Ensure proper document management and maintain up-to-date project records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Assist in preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up of project-related documents, approvals, permits, and compliance records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, telephone enquiries, and visitor coordination.
  • Support project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and site supervisors in daily administrative functions.
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules, progress reports, and site-related documentation.
  • Perform general office administration and any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction, Property Development, Engineering, or related industries.

Experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, or similar role.

Minimum SPM, Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, filing, document control, and record management skills.

Familiar with construction project documentation, site administration procedures, and contractor coordination.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet project deadlines.

Responsible, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high administrative standards.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
