Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support the daily care, learning, and development of preschool children. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting classroom activities and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting daily learning activities
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Support children's learning, social, emotional, and physical development
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assist children with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and rest time
• Observe and report children's progress and behavior to the lead teacher
• Prepare teaching materials and learning resources as required
• Maintain positive communication with parents and colleagues
• Follow the preschool's policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children is preferred
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Patient, caring, responsible, and energetic
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to actively engage with young children
• Early Childhood Education qualification is an advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
