Greatech Integration (M) Hiring! Full Time Store Assistant in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

1. To perform system & physical kitting (reserve) of stock received.

2. Responsible to do put away, the store reserved and received items in allocated rack/floor locations in store area.

3. Responsible to issue items to assembly and perform update into system.

4. Responsible to prepare store handshake list and print out stock transfer list (item code, item description and quantity) an accurate listing and obtain acknowledgement for stocks transfer from kitting to assembly and properly filed for future reference/traceability purpose.

5. Carry out monthly physical stock count activities and ensure the stock accuracy always.

6. Maintain the store in organize, safe and clean condition.

7. Monitor and ensure obsolete/damaged stocks are well informed to superior/end user.

8. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain the proper arrangement of store tools and equipment.

9. Maintain proper documentation and communicate effectively with other teams and departments

10. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

11. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate in related field or equivalent years of related experience.

2. Preferably 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Basic Computer knowledge and warehouse management. Knowledge of drive forklift will be add advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
