Job Description:

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, systems, and end-user computing devices.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Perform routine system monitoring, preventive maintenance, patch management, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Manage IT service desk requests, incidents, and problem resolution within agreed service levels.
• Support user account administration, email systems, access management, and IT asset inventory management.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, including endpoint protection, backup management, access control, vulnerability monitoring, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Assist in troubleshooting server, network, and infrastructure-related issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Support drone-related hardware, software, and operational requirements, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, procedures, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
• Participate in IT projects, system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Laserfiche, Power BI, Power Automate, and cybersecurity
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Digital Transformation: Experience in leading digital transformation projects and initiatives
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows and network security

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistical Data Science, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business process management, automation, digitalization, and cybersecurity
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
