REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts, measurement, and cost estimation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and quantity take-off software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB SCOPE :

1. QUANTITY SURVEYING

• Assist Quantity Surveyors in preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and tender documents.
• Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help monitor project costs and maintain cost records.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Support contract administration and documentation.
• Assist in site measurements and verification of work completed.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of project-related documents.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting notes when required.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
