Job Description

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare robotic systems, instruments, and accessories prior to surgery.

2. Perform equipment checks, calibration, and system verification to ensure readiness and proper functionality.

3. Support CT scan planning and ensure surgical data is accurately prepared and uploaded into the robotic system.

4. Provide technical support during robotic surgeries and independently operate and monitor the Cuvis Joint Robot system.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruption and ensure smooth surgical workflow.

6. Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre staff throughout the procedure.

7. Perform post-surgery equipment checks and complete required documentation and reports.

8. Ensure robotic instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, maintained, and stored according to company and hospital protocols.

9. Report and escalate any equipment malfunction, incident, or technical issue to the immediate superior.

10. Assist with robot transportation, installation, setup, and safe storage when moving between hospital locations.

11. Share technical knowledge, operational feedback, and best practices with internal teams.

12. Complete documentation related to system usage, maintenance, incidents, and service activities.

13. Work closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

14. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Healthcare Technology, or related field.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of medical equipment operation, maintenance, and technical support processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with surgeons, healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
