We are a growing corporate secretarial firm looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across Johor. This is a salaried role with uncapped earning potential — ideal for a self-motivated individual with an existing network in the business community.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire new clients requiring corporate secretarial services (company incorporation, statutory compliance, annual returns, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with SME owners, entrepreneurs, accountants, lawyers, and business consultants who can refer clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into signed engagements
• Represent the firm at networking events, business associations, and trade meetings
• Provide accurate information on our services and relay client requirements to the operations team

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition — field or industry is open
• Existing network of business owners, company directors, or professional referrers in Johor is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of corporate compliance requirements in Malaysia (preferred, not required — we will train)
• Self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable working to hit monetary incentives
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to work with foreign incoming customers

Commission Structure
