TransSystem Continental Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor (Civil) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,300 - Ricebowl

Job Goal:

• To ensure management of the Civil Works portion of the projects acquired to be delivered on time and within budget.
• To ensure the quality of work meets with clients' satisfaction according to technical specifications.
• To ensure safety aspects of works are recognized and according to the clients' requirements.

You will play an important role to:

• To be stationed at the site to coordinate site construction works.
• To report on project progress to the Project Manager (PM) or Project Engineer (PE).
• To coordinate work at the site with appointed subcontractors to the client's satisfaction according to the contract, approved drawing, and technical specifications.
• To ensure work at the site is conducted according to the Method of Statement (MS) to ensure the safety of workers and the workplace.
• To coordinate with the Consultant on any drawing error or misunderstanding.
• To raise a Request for Inspection (RFI) for inspection with the Contractor and Client.
• To attend meetings with clients to report on-site progress if required.
• To ensure the site has proper filing of drawings and documents for audit purposes.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Civil or Construction related or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of working experience in civil construction or infrastructure project, to be eligible for RAA training requirement.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to provide solutions for problem-solving.
