Task & responsibilities

• Responsible to monitor the incoming material, work-in-progress and finished products to ensure they meet the customer specifications.
• To collect and record quality data in the QA report.
• Monitoring and check the accuracy and precision of the packing process.
• Conducting incoming products/materials and outgoing finished products inspection.
• Preparing products specifications as required by customer.
• Direct and coordinates investigation of complaints concerning defective products.
• Recommends response to complaints, considering test reports, production records, legal standards, and complaint validity.
• Liaising with customer’s auditor and ensuring the execution of corrective action and comply with customer specification.
• Maintaining the quality and food safety practice in compliance to the Food Safety requirements like HACCP, GMP, MESTI and HALAL.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
