What you'll be doing

1. Failure Analysis & Fault Isolation

• Perform Failure Analysis & Fault Isolation (FAFI) to determine defect modes and root causes.
• Conduct electrical failure analysis to identify component defects and support factory rejection cases.
• Carry out validation and fault isolation using tools such as Parametric Analyzer, Keithley meter, iTDR, SEM/EDX, and IRLC.
• Perform electrical validation including unpowered IV curve and Time-Domain Reflectometry (TDR) to identify failing areas.
• Utilize CSAM, X-ray imaging, and material analysis tools for defect detection.
• Carry out visual inspection using microscopes to identify defects on product substrates.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data from multiple sources (test results, wafer maps, process data) to identify trends and root causes of low yield issues.
• Complete analysis tasks and prepare accurate reports within required timelines.

3. Compliance & Workplace Standards

• Adhere to company standards on 5S, Quality, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and discipline at all times.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates preferred!

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
