What you'll be doing

• Operate various tester platforms and perform testing in accordance with SOPs, RFCs, macros, and operation dashboards.
• Conduct basic debugging activities and maintenance procedures on testing equipment to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
• Perform visual inspection (naked eye) on units to detect any obvious defects prior to testing.
• Monitor testing activities and ensure achievement of operational targets such as throughput time (TPT) and volume.
• Identify and raise sightings for any issues that interrupt or delay testing, impacting time, cost, or manpower (Escalate critical issues immediately when operations are at risk of downtime).
• Accurately document and report issues to support root cause investigation.
• Maintain accurate daily shift logs to report testing status and activities.
• Ensure proper handover of tasks, units, and status between shifts.
• Adhere strictly to HVI, ESD, and all safety requirements in accordance with lab/organizational guidelines.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
