Duties And Responsibilities:-

- Determine and Implement ISO 9001 Quality Standards, Procedures and Specifications

-To Lead a Team of QA/QC manage and coach & develop a high-performance quality operations team that meets objectives.

-Make dedisions for QA/QC operational activities and set QA/QC strategic goals

-Supervise the quality department, works with engineering team to develop relevant work instructions.

-To work, to recommend, to improve QA operations, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities, process and procedures improvements

-To Lead and to provide Quality Assurance Support through timely inspection/verification of materials, processes and products, CO-ordinate workflow between various departments

-Planning duties with the QA/QC staffs and related work schedules

-Managing and liaising with auditor from either external certification bodies or customers quality reps on all audits to performed.

-Respond to customer complaints putting containment actions, investigate and troubleshoot quality related problems, full analysis & implementing short-term and long term countermeasures

-To lead and to coach the QC Team to perform inspection an verification of materials, processes and finished products per established procedures or inspection plans (IPQC,IQC,OQC)

-Compile inspection records, ensure traceability for product compliance as well as customers complaint data.

-To lead and to support technology transfer and product transfer requirement

-Generate monthly QA reports and quarterly statistics for department

-To Lead and to manage equipment calibration program in the plant

-Drive quality improvement projects

-Assist manufacturing scrap performance evaluation and management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in Cable Harness, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with cable harness production process and quality inspection.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA) is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
