*Contract duration:* 1 Year (can be Extendable and renewed )
*Job Summary*
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support contact center operations by delivering high-quality customer service via calls and emails. The role involves handling client queries, ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
* Handle email correspondences and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive approach
* Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, SOPs, and SLAs
* Assist in testing and supporting new systems/tools
* Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
* Collaborate with the team to achieve contact center KPIs
*Technical Skills*
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
*Core Skills*
* Fluent in English, and Mandarin (written & spoken) – mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Detail-oriented with high integrity and compliance mindset
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and within deadlines (TATs)
* Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
