Job Description

Responsibilities

Position: ERP Clerk

Company: AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Certificate/SPM or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in clerical, production support, or ERP-related role.

3. Basic knowledge of ERP system (QAD) is an advantage.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. High attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Process and key in Material Requisition Notes (MRN) in the QAD system according to production requirements.

2. Monitor MRN status and ensure alignment with Master Production Schedule (MPS).

3. Coordinate and liaise with Warehouse and Material Planner on material availability and stock issues.

4. Track material issuance and receiving after MRN approval.

5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry in the ERP system.

6. Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, printing, and document control related to production support.

7. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
