Job Summary
We are looking for an Inbound Supervisor to manage and oversee all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and storing goods accurately and efficiently. The role ensures all incoming stock is properly verified, recorded, and stored according to company SOPs, while leading a small inbound team to achieve daily operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound operations (receiving, unloading, checking, and sorting goods)
- Ensure all incoming shipments match PO, DO, and supplier documents
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of stock receiving and data entry
- Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and storage of incoming goods
- Lead and manage inbound team members (assign tasks and monitor performance)
- Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and outbound team on discrepancies
- Handle stock discrepancies, damages, and report issues to management
- Ensure warehouse safety procedures and cleanliness are followed
- Prepare daily inbound reports and update inventory system (WMS / Excel)
- Support cycle count and stock audit activities when required
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in warehouse / inbound / logistics (fresh grads with leadership potential may be considered)
- Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Able to use Excel / Google Sheets / basic warehouse systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
