Job Scope

Assist in developing and maintaining automated workflows using RPA tools.
Support the automation of repetitive business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Work with users to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.
Monitor and maintain existing automation bots to ensure smooth operation.
Prepare documentation for automation processes, workflows, and system changes.
Assist in integrating automated solutions with business applications and databases.
Collaborate with IT and business teams on digital transformation initiatives.
Provide user support and resolve issues related to automation systems.
Stay updated on automation technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or VBA.
Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar is an advantage.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
