Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thermal validation for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled projects.
- Develop and optimize thermal solutions, including fans, heat sinks, cold plates.
- Perform thermal simulation with solid analytical skills and strong hand-on experience.
- Operate wind tunnel for PQ and impedance measurement.
- Manage CPU TTV and thermocouple installation for temperature verification.
- Work efficiently with Linux environments, including executing OS commands and installing stress tools.
- Participate in new technology development and continuous improvement of thermal design methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience as a thermal engineer.
- Familiar with Flotherm & Creo. CFD analysis experience is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Clear logical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience with NVIDIA platform testing is a plus.
