ARM International Hiring! Full Time Planning Engineer in - Ricebowl

We're working with a pharmaceutical manufacturing client to source an experienced Project Scheduler/Planning Engineer for a site development project running through to early 2027.

The role

You'll work directly with the Project Manager, taking ownership of the live project schedule across a critical phase of execution that includes a planned shutdown in December 2026.

Day to day you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining and updating the overall project schedule in Primavera P6 on a weekly basis
• Reforecasting remaining activities and updating S-Curve reporting for CQ execution
• Managing the full shutdown schedule for December 2026, coordinating all stakeholders to map activities, dependencies, predecessors and successors
• Baselining the schedule at the appropriate point and tracking all changes with impact assessments against critical path
• Reporting weekly to the PM on status, risks and critical activity forecasts
• Collating progress updates from the wider execution team

we're looking for

• Solid background in project scheduling within large, complex project environments
• Primavera P6 proficiency is essential
• Pharma or life sciences experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to coordinate across multiple functions
• Comfortable working part-time initially before stepping up to full-time

Engagement

This is a freelance/interim contract. Part-time from August, full-time from October through to January 2027.
