Hiring: System Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our client in Kuala Lumpur.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Hybrid
Language: Mandarin (Mandatory)
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in System Engineering, Infrastructure Support, or Technical Support
Strong experience with Windows and Linux/Unix Operating Systems
Good understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, Network Troubleshooting)
Hands-on experience troubleshooting software, hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
Experience supporting enterprise environments and customer-facing technical issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Active Directory Administration
Enterprise Backup & Recovery Solutions
Disaster Recovery and Storage Management
Remote Support Tools and Ticketing Systems
Role Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve backup and recovery-related issues
Monitor backup operations and storage utilization
Support disaster recovery processes
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams
Deliver technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
Document technical solutions and support activities
