Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Content Creator to join our team on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing engaging digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. The role involves creating compelling visuals, developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to craft messaging and campaigns aligned with the party's mission and values. The ideal candidate will also monitor analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Experience in content strategy development, social media management, and campaign planning.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading and editing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian politics, social democracy, and issues related to social and economic justice is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
