Responsibilities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take charge of outlet cleaning and set-up to prepare for operations
Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests
Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed
Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
Responsible for outlet closing and cleaning
Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly

Service oriented and team player
Pro-active, friendly and warm personality
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
