Event Planning & Execution 1. Coordinate and oversee the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events. 2. Work directly with marketing and kitchen team for events and indirectly with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met. 3. Develop and implement banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure all departments are aligned. 4. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution. 5. Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations with all related divisions for continuous improvement. Team Leadership & Management 1. Lead, train, and motivate the banquet and service team to deliver excellent service. 2. Assign tasks and supervise staff during events to ensure smooth operations. 3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency. 4. Maintain a high standard of grooming and professionalism among team members Operational Excellence 1. Ensure smooth daily of all F&B outlets & Banquet Halls. 2. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HALAL 3. CERTIFICATION, OSHA, and local health & safety regulations. 4. Collaborate with chefs to curate innovative menus and beverage selections. 5. Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment. 6. Ensure proper maintenance of banquet facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness. 7. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and service quality. 8. Manage part time workers rotation and scheduling to be cost effective. Financial & Cost Control 1. Monitor and control banquet expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. 2. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for banquet operations. 3. Optimize resource allocation and minimize wastage. Guest Satisfaction & Relationship Management 1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly. 2. Gathered feedback from guests and clients to improve banquet services. 3.
