Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding modules based on business requirements
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Perform system configuration, functional testing, and integration validation across HCM modules
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide training to end users
Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and enhancements
3–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Recruiting and Onboarding modules
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation
Strong understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition and employee onboarding
Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
