Responsibilities
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems or working in hybrid (legacy + modern) environments. Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, or middleware technologies. Prior exposure to automation, AI-assisted support tools, or knowledge management systems. COBOL, Control-M, integration knowledge, AI usage, and internal LLM expertise
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL programming and maintenance
- Good understanding of integration frameworks, workflows, and data exchange mechanisms
- Experience with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and batch processing systems
- Exposure to or willingness to work with AI-driven tools and internal LLM platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
