Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the IT Operations team managing IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
• Govern and manage IT infrastructure services delivered by outsourcing partners and managed service providers, including contract and billing oversight
• Participate in infrastructure projects such as technology refresh, system upgrades, migrations, and development of new IT capabilities
• Support daily IT operations including incident management, service requests, change management, and application support
• Collaborate with relevant teams to lead disaster recovery (DR) coordination, including recovery strategy, planning, and execution
• Assist in IT audit-related activities and compliance matters
• Ensure all IT solutions and deliveries comply with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, maintain, and document IT operations procedures and knowledge base content
• Perform system and network patching, capacity planning, and performance management
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary
• Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing follow established organizational guidelines and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
• Good understanding of core technologies including Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery, and security tools
• Experience in Financial Services (Banking & Insurance) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) is an advantage
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, Networking, Security) will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM; exposure to project management is beneficial
• Strong experience managing internal stakeholders, end users, and external vendors
• Good teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
