About The Role

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor in maintaining and delivering

robust, scalable solutions for high-impact digital products. You will leverage your deep

expertise in the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud services to build high-performance APIs

and ensure system stability. While this is an individual contributor role, you will act as a

technical pillar within the team, providing mentorship and driving best practices across the

software development lifecycle.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Cloud Engineering: Manage and optimize deployments using Azure Cloud services, focusing on cloud-native architecture and reliability.
• Production Stability: Maintain system health by performing deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis within production environments.
• Data Management: Oversee the design and optimization of relational databases (MS SQL) and contribute to data warehousing initiatives (Snowflake).
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Drive code quality through rigorous automated testing, thorough code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities early in the development cycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering complex backend systems.
• Technical Stack: Deep expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Azure Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing solutions specifically on the Azure platform.
• Database Skills: Proficient in MS SQL Server; experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses is a significant plus.
• DevOps & Tools: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Working proficiency in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Integration: Experience integrating APIs with modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS, Angular) is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to E-commerce, Loyalty Programs, and/or Content Management Systems.
• Familiarity with big data solutions and cloud-based data warehousing.
• Prior experience delivering projects for high-profile clients or large-scale digital platforms.
• Familiarity with integrating backend systems with email marketing platforms
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to take ownership of planning and executing solutions, and effectively communicate plans to technical and non-technical teams.
