We're Hiring: Procurement Order Specialist | Permanent Role | Banking Industry
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking to grow your career in the banking industry? We're hiring a Procurement Order Specialist for a permanent position with an established financial institution.
Industry: Banking
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Open for local candidates only
Review and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and within agreed timelines
Validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs), including pricing, quantities, vendors, and approvals
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows
Coordinate with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies
Monitor PO status, prepare reports, and identify process improvements
Support procurement initiatives, data accuracy, and ESG-related activities
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related function
Experience managing Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR)
Experience using ERP systems (Oracle is an added advantage)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
