Your Role

Responsible for leading and overseeing all Concierge, Bell Services, and Guest Transportation operations to deliver personalized, anticipatory, and seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·       Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional, personalized concierge services that exceed guest expectations.

·       Concierge & Bell Operations: Oversee daily Concierge and Bell Services operations, including luggage handling and guest escorting.

·       Wellness & Healthcare Coordination: Coordinate closely with Healthcare, Wellness, Spa, and Post-Natal / Nursing Care teams for guest appointments and schedules.

·       Vendor & External Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with trusted external vendors (transport, restaurants, tours, medical partners, etc.)

·       Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and supervise Concierge, Bellmen, and Driver cum Bellman teams

·       Operational Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOPs, PDPA, safety, and security guidelines

·       Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, F&B, Healthcare, Finance, and Recreation teams

Requirements

o  Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field.

o  Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Concierge or Guest Services operations.

o  Experience in luxury hotel, wellness resort, or healthcare hospitality preferred.

o  Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

o  Strong guest engagement and and interpersonal skills.

o  Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
