Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing proposals and quotations, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support, as well as gathering market and competitor insights to inform sales strategies. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in B2B or healthcare/medical equipment markets, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate reporting.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software) to manage accounts and sales activities.
- Understanding of hospital operations or medical devices is an advantage; prior experience in healthcare or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions for client visits, site meetings, and industry events.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
