What Your Days Look Like:
- Own our Instagram & Tik Tok game! Plan, schedule, and post content that's always on-brand and on-trend.
- Cook up reels, short videos, and graphics using Canva, CapCut, or whatever tool gets the job done.
- Head out to events, activations, and project visits to capture photos and videos, then turn them into snappy weekly promos and post-event highlights.
- Keep a close eye on comments, DMs, and engagement. And actually respond to them.
- Track what's working with social insights, then do more of it.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas, campaigns, and trend plays with the team.
- Team up with our designers to keep branding tight and consistent across every platform.
- Jump on ad-hoc marketing and branding tasks when they pop up.
What You'll Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Fluent in the language of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You know what's hot before it's hot.
- Strong, confident English is a must. You'll be writing and communicating in it every day, so it's got to be good.
- Comfortable in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Open to using AI as a tool to work smarter and create faster.
- A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to run with things on your own.
- Happy to travel and support event coverage when the action calls for it.
Bonus Points:
- Copywriting and graphic design skills (nice to have, not a dealbreaker).
- Decent photography and videography know-how.
- A good read on social insights and engagement analytics.
- A feel for short-form video trends and what makes content planning click.
