Responsibilities

Position: Customer Service Representative (English Speaker)

Location: Work From Home (Office based in Bukit Damansara)

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Salary: RM2,700 (Fixed Package)

Retention Bonus: RM1,200 upon contract completion

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)


Requirements:

• Must be in Klang Valley area

• SPM Certificate (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service / Call Center experience

• Strong English communication skills

• Must be able to start immediately


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails efficiently

• Process refunds, reimbursements, and related requests

• Manage complaints and escalations professionally

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Track and follow up on escalated cases

• Achieve quality and productivity targets

• Participate in team discussions and share best practices

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Support operational needs, including weekend assistance when required

• Assist and guide stakeholders at testing locations when necessary
