Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Puncak Alam. The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include preparing project schedules, technical documents, and progress reports, as well as supporting design reviews, calculations, and drawings in collaboration with the engineering team. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, attending site meetings, and providing technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, enforcing safety and compliance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Mechanical Engineering and Auto-CAD drafting skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Solid Project Management and Project Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in construction, water treatment, industrial plants, or related engineering projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining attention to detail.
