We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Planner. This position is suitable for candidates who are passionate about manufacturing and operations. Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internship or working experience are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily production activities based on customer orders, machine capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate closely with production, machining, QC, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor work order progress and support schedule adjustments to meet changing priorities.
• Help maintain smooth workflow across multiple machining processes and departments.

Inventory & Material Coordination

• Monitor raw material availability and work-in-progress status.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to minimize shortages and avoid production delays.
• Support inventory accuracy and ensure production readiness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in production planning, manufacturing, or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or machining operations is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
