IT Internship
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Type: Internship (6 months)
About the Role
As an IT intern, you will help the IT team maintain and improve the company’s technology systems. This internship gives you practical experience in various IT areas, including hardware and software support, basic networking, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware setup and maintenance
- Client IT support
- Software and operating system support
- System checks and reporting
- Network monitoring
- IT admin tasks
- System and website support
- Social media assistance
- Basic hardware repair
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and software installation
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or cloud tools is an advantage.
- Good at solving problems and paying attention to detail
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
