Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for civil, marine, or dredging projects. • Ensure work is carried out according to plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules. • Coordinate and monitor activities of workers, subcontractors, and machinery on-site. • Conduct site inspections, safety checks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Report progress, delays, or issues to the Project Engineer/Project Manager regularly. • Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling on-site. • Resolve minor technical issues and assist in implementing construction methods. • Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation. Requirements: • Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision for civil, marine, or dredging projects. • Sound knowledge of construction methods, structural works, marine equipment, and site safety practices. • Ability to read technical drawings and plans. • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Willing to be based at project sites, including remote or coastal locations. • Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
