Job Responsibilities:

• Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.
• Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.
• Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.
• Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.
• Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.
• Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
• Knowledge in BIM responsibilities
• Maintain and perform document control
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Preferable with Specialist Diploma in BIM or relevant BIM certification
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and submission standards
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore; entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in the Built Environment sector are also welcome to apply.
