Guide prospective local and international students through course options, entry requirements, and application procedures.
Process and manage international Student’s Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via the ICA SOLAR+ system.
Coordinate arrival logistics for overseas students, including medical check-ups and card collection appointments at ICA.
Administer standard student contracts, the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), and fee collection for all student profiles in compliance with Committee for Private Education (CPE) guidelines.
Manage the campus front counter, answering inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professional.
Assist in organising student orientation programmes, campus tours, and student life activities to help all students integrate into the campus community.
Act as the first point of contact for student welfare, providing guidance on campus life, local accommodation resources, and basic pastoral care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date student profiles, local/international enrolment data, and attendance records in the school’s database.
Assist in preparing student statistics and documentation for EduTrust and TPQA audits and regulatory reporting.
Support the academic team with class scheduling, examination logistics, and result slip/certificate dissemination
Requirement:
GCE O-level and above
Min 1 years of relevant experience in a student admission, customer service, or operations.
Familiarity with CPE regulations, EduTrust requirements, FPS (Fee Protections Scheme), and ICA guidelines is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and writing skills are required to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin-speaking students and their parents.
Good interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail in documentations
Rotation shift schedule that includes Weekend and PH to support weekend/night classes and student events. (Off-days will be scheduled on weekdays.
