Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,customer engagement and revenue growth for CASA LOLA.
• Manage the restaurant's social media platforms, digital presence, contentcreation, promotional campaigns and customer communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients, mediapartners, influencers and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, wine tastings, special promotions and marketinginitiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives to continuously improvecustomer satisfaction and overall guest experience.
• Support front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service standards anda welcoming dining environment.
• Collaborate with management on branding, business development, strategicpartnerships and long-term business growth initiatives.
• Assist in the development and promotion of seasonal menus, dessert offeringsand special culinary projects where required.
• Train and guide service staff on hospitality standards, guest engagement andcustomer service excellence.
• Prepare marketing reports, analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise business results.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectivelywith Spanish-speaking guests, suppliers and business partners.
• Prior experience living, studying or working in Spain will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Spanish gastronomy, wine culture, hospitality traditions andcustomer service standards is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Barcelona's food, dining and lifestyle culture will beconsidered an advantage, as the role supports the development and promotion ofan authentic Spanish dining experience.
• Background in pastry, bakery or culinary arts will be an added advantage andmay support menu development and special projects.
