Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and train business development staff and sales professionals
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Attend conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships with decision-makers
- Respond to RFPs and vendor inquiries with accurate and compelling information
- Prepare regular management reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using CRM systems
