Roles & Responsibilities
- LP Onboarding Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Portfolio Company Onboarding Coordinate the onboarding of new portfolio companies and ensure all required documentation, KYC, and operational setup are completed.
- Investor Relations (IR) Lead LP communication and support, including regular reporting, updates, and responding to investor inquiries.
- Review of Legal Agreements Conduct initial reviews of fund-related agreements, investment contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with external counsel.
- KYC / AML & SOF/SOW Verification Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs, external vendors, and new investees.
- Portfolio Monitoring Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics.
- Capital Call & Distributions Management Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs.
- Investment Due Diligence Support due diligence processes for potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and maintain internal compliance standards.
- Audit Coordination Liaise with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and timely audit processes.
- Fund Accounting Maintain accurate accounting records for investment funds, including NAV calculations and reconciliation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in VC, private equity, fund operations, or audit.
