Job Description

Responsibilities

UWCSEA Dover is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to join our collaborative IT Team.


This hybrid role bridges enterprise IT infrastructure operations and end-user technical support. Partnering with the Infrastructure Team, you will monitor, maintain, and secure our campus network and server environments, optimizing network performance to deliver a seamless digital experience for faculty and students. The Day-to-Day

  • Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of campus LAN, WAN, and WLAN wireless systems.
  • Perform cross-platform system administration, security patching, and performance tuning across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Deliver technical support, handle user device deployments via MDM, and manage video conferencing and VOIP telephony systems.
  • Monitor network traffic to optimize bandwidth and troubleshoot connectivity issues across high-density campus learning environments.
  • Support core IT infrastructure projects including hardware refreshes, software license renewals, and maintaining accurate technical documentation.


The Details

  • Must hold a Football Association of Singapore Grassroots License (or equivalent) and be First Aid/AED qualified.
  • Minimum 4 years of coaching experience delivering a development syllabus to mixed-ability youth and culturally diverse groups.
  • Ability to manage deadlines using Google Suite and commit to flexible 40-hour, 6-day work weeks, including weekends and evenings up to 22:00 hrs.
