Job Summary
You will manage day-to-day security operations and contract sites, ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, and effective client engagement to uphold safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and staff at allocated contract sites to deliver high-quality service to employees and clients
- Conduct security and safety risk assessments for assigned sites to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Investigate incidents reported by security teams and prepare After Action Reports (AAR) to document findings and outcomes
- Ensure site operations comply with site files and Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) requirements
- Monitor and enforce 100% compliance of security personnel with contractual headcount, appearance, discipline, licensing, and code of conduct
- Distribute welfare items, stationery, equipment, memos, letters, and forms promptly to site officers
- Follow up on leave applications, medical certificates, resignations, and ensure timely delivery of documents to headquarters
- Prepare and submit monthly site reports to clients and coordinate document submissions for billing purposes
- Update and submit weekly rosters for all allocated sites promptly
- Oversee security personnel redeployment to prevent manpower shortfalls across sites
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and refresher training on standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Handle workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters to maintain workforce discipline
- Plan and schedule training programs aligned with Personnel Work Manual (PWM) requirements
- Organize and conduct at least one exercise drill or table-top exercise (TTX) per site periodically to maintain vigilance and operational readiness
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes for security personnel
- Manage and review security procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
Client Liaison
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration
- Engage clients regularly to gather feedback on security performance and service quality
- Ensure all service deliverables meet client expectations and contractual obligations
- Initiate prompt service recovery actions when service issues arise
- Address and resolve outstanding client issues efficiently
- Respond to client complaints, feedback, and queries with professionalism and urgency
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification from reputable institutions
- Background as Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) is encouraged
- Possession of own vehicle with Class 3 driving license is an advantage
