Job Summary

Lead and oversee the overall Spa operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive business performance, and ensure service excellence. The role is responsible for operational efficiency, team leadership, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and maintaining brand and service standards.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily Spa operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business and marketing strategies
  • Develop, coach, and inspire the Spa team to achieve service excellence
  • Monitor operational performance, financial results, and business targets
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, safety, and brand requirements
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to support seamless guest journeys


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, or related operations, including supervisory or managerial exposure.
  • Proven experience in managing operations, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Good commercial acumen with knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and operational planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
