TF-AMD Penang Hiring! Full Time Industrial Engineer (Costing) in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Remark: This is an Industrial Commercial role with responsibilities related to costing. We are open to fresh graduates who hold a Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

Daily work:

1. Coordinate team to ensure on time RFQ delivery
2. Quantify customer specific needs and track the actual result
3. Work with sales/sales admin/customer to follow up the RFQ progress
4. Monitor manufacturing actual performance to analyze gap with the standards
5. Communicate with factory engineer and supply chain colleagues to sit on top of affair
6. Communicate with sales and sales admin to sit on top of affairs
7. Actual output tracking and performance monitoring on cycle time, yield, revenue vs cost and etc
8. Conduct monthly reconsolidation with Finance team and customer
9. UPH &OEE monitoring to support on capacity and revenue expansion
10. Monthly Capex application and follow up the project progress
11. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Medium term work:

1. Support on Monthly financial reconsolidation
2. Support to collect the information for AOP and BPC Capacity planning
3. Support factory layout optimization
4. Define manufacturing standards thru simulation and drive improvement program, update standards cost to ensure the competitive price
5. Data collection to support drive actual cost reduction
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Long term work

1. Support on streamline quotation process by selling our competitive advantage
2. Support on leverage loading & balance between difference customers
3. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to effectively support China business operations
• Experience: 0~5years’ work experience including 0~3 years’ IE expertise experience in a high paced environment
• Accounting and Financial Management knowledge
• Lean & Six sigma knowledge
• Industrial engineering knowledge including capacity planning/ Work measurement and techniques/Simulation / operational modeling
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative
• Effective communication skills
