Responsibilities

Mao Sheng Quanji Construction Pte Ltd has over 30 years of experience in the landscape industry, supported by a skilled team of Landscape Managers, Designers, Horticulturists, Arborists, Nursery Specialists, and Technicians serving diverse client needs.

Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in executing and supervising landscaping projects by coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and schedule adherence, managing documentation, and supporting client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily landscaping site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines
  • Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of landscaping tasks
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and records documenting on-site work progress and quality standards
  • Generate project-related quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to support procurement and project budgeting
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with project coordination and documentation tasks
  • Attend site inspections, tender show rounds, and meetings to support project execution and compile necessary documents for submissions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address queries and maintain positive working relationships
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and organizational skills

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all staff levels
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and skilled in planning to manage multiple project tasks efficiently
  • Mature, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Other Information

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (2 Saturdays off)
