Job Summary The QA/QC Clerk is responsible for maintaining quality records, preparing reports, filing inspection documents, and supporting the QA/QC team in ensuring products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and organize QA/QC documentation, records, and filing systems. • Record and track inspection results, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). • Prepare quality-related reports and data summaries. • Ensure all quality documents are updated, controlled, and distributed correctly. • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation. • Monitor document revisions and maintain document control logs. • Coordinate with production, warehouse, engineering, or project teams regarding quality documentation requirements. • Input quality data into databases, spreadsheets, or quality management systems. • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on outstanding items. • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards such as ISO 9001 where applicable. Requirements • SPM, O Level, SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3, Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Previous experience in document control, administration, QA/QC, or clerical work is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Good organizational and record-keeping skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
