Job Summary

You will handle customer communications and sales support by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, advising on schedules, and preparing work orders to ensure smooth production and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and customer requests via phone to provide accurate information and support
• Prepare official quotations accurately to support sales processes
• Receive customer orders and follow up to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
• Check production and delivery schedules and advise customers to manage expectations and planning
• Prepare detailed work orders to facilitate efficient production workflow
• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
• Use Mandarin language skills to communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking clients
