Job Description: Clinic Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing front-desk administration, and assisting with essential clinical support duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Management & Registration: Greet and register patients, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

  • Financial Transactions: Handle point-of-sale collections, process payments, and ensure accurate daily cash balancing.

  • Medication Administration: Accurately pick, pack, and label medications as prescribed by the doctor, ensuring proper dispensing protocols are followed.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medications, to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Financial Counseling & Claims: Advise and counsel patients on healthcare subsidies (e.g., CHAS, Merdeka/Generation packages, MediSave) and assist with private insurance claim submissions and processing.

  • General Clinic Housekeeping: Assist in maintaining cleanliness, sterility, and tidiness of the clinic environment.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken Vietnamese and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with, counsel, and translate for our specific patient demographics.

  • Experience & Attitude: Prior sales experience and a strong, positive customer service attitude are highly valued. We look for individuals who are warm, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport with patients.

  • Skills: * Familiarity with clinic management systems (CMS) and national subsidy frameworks (CHAS, MediSave) is a strong plus but on the job training will be provided for those with no prior experience.

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Attributes: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially regarding medication packing and financial transactions.

    • Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player.

What We Offer

  • Flexible Working Arrangements: We support flexible work hours to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • Employment Types: Both Full-Time and Part-Time roles are available.

  • Performance Incentives: Attractive performance bonus explicitly tied to the growth of the clinic, rewarding your contribution to our shared success.
